turn and slip

Today I did something pretty stupid. I was testing a speed controller attached to a small harmless toy aeroplane electric motor with a prop attached. I thought I'd just hold the motor in my hand. Of course it was much wilder than I thought and I ended up with a nasty gash on my knuckle. Not harmless at all. Boy is it sore.
It was all down to a dodgy Chinese speed controller I'd just bought. You can see it misbehaving here. It's okay - no blood involved - the film was taken later on at the common.
Had more success later.
