Fo' Drizzle ma Mizzle

August already...

Had always planned to return to this spot to take another photo of Stirling. For some strange reason I'd assumed it would be to capture the castle in glorious sunshine with the mountains in the backgrounds basked in light. Ha!

So I headed back up there this afternoon, to be fair, in a sunny interval, almost 6 months to the day from when the first shot was taken. I managed to get in only a half dozen shots before the first raindrops fell and I waited for a bit in the car to see if it was going to pass. It didn't.

Kinda sums up the summer we've had the past four weeks I guess that there was more sun around back in the middle of the cold winter than there is in the middle of our cold summer.

Ho hum.
