Early start to Oban then back to Kennacraig to catch Islay ferry. Very busy with every natitionality under the sun.

Ended up at the Islay Lifeboat gala day at the very grand Islay House which has had a British Prime minister staying there some time or other since the 1800's. You should have seen all the bells downstairs in the servants area, its is reputed to have over 365 windows! Money eh!

Might be filming with a south American film crew tomorrow so that shoudlb e good if it pans out, who knows.

Early to bed tonight as I need to catch up on my beauty sleep .

Will have a group of visiting musicians looking for a spare gig in Inveraray on Fri 13th Aug if anyone interested. They will be performing at the castle in the afternoon so would be avail for an evening gig. Good quality trad Scottish music with a wonerful Gaelic singer or two among them. Blip me if interested in going to listen to them or providing them with an evening venue
