Oh Brother...

Stuck on a wall from the reservoir to Stanhope, in An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty,
Where there's peregrines, llamas and sheep galore, was perched this little rusty ribboned cutey.
I'd like to think it belonged to a poor writer, stood in the rain for days alone in this spot?
Then cynicism kicks in again, tis a Governments initiative to update connections, in rural areas everyone's forgot...
