Berkeley Kite Festival

Today we went to the Berkeley Kite Festival. In this photo, the Emeryville Taiko Drummers provided accompaniment to the epic Rokkaku kite battle. The wind wasn't the best today, and only 10 giganitc octupus kites had gone up, in contrast with the record-breaking 23 of yesterday.
