i can see the water tower

When I was a child my family sometimes made a shopping trip to the next town Oulu. I always got excited seeing this water tower, as it ment we were almost there. Now I have lived in Oulu for twenty years, and often pass by the tower. The name of the neighbourhood could be translated as 'half way moor'.
