The hunt for the perfect peach

After spending Sunday morning driving around Rappahannock County, Va, I finally found the perfect peaches I was searching for. Roy's Orchard in Sperryville at the foot of the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains is the place to go for orchard fruit. I took this photo Monday morning before I began preparing them for the freezer. We will have juicy peaches all winter...yum!
