Study in red

When I think August, I think warmth, faded green, cicadas and holidays.
I think I have had enough of cold winter. I want to wear my sunglasses, t-shirts and sandals.

Today we had crowds of people treading through not our house. These were potential next tenants. The house opened for 15 minutes and the herd of ca 40 went in. I am glad I wasn't home. I hid my precious belonging in the most obvious places and hoped for the best. Nobody takes any names or any other details, anyone can just walk in. But hopefully somebody suitable will want to move in as soon as we move out, saving us a bit of money (broken lease).
