House built by sugar

We live next door to a heritage museum and we spent part of the morning with visiting family, taking photos and touring this 110yr old house. Built by Don Victor Gaston, a son of a Frenchman, this enormous 12-bedroom, two-story house is a stark reminder of the affluent lifestyle of the people of Negros during the golden era of sugar in this province.
