Drumming boy

Firstly apologies, this is an extremely bad quality photo BUT it is the only one I took today! And taken in a hurry!

This is Master Pink and his friend learning how to do African drumming at the local sports centre. The sports centres across Tendring, are doing lots of cheap activities for young people over the summer holidays, so Master Pink had his first taste of African drumming today. I think he enjoyed it, although he did start trying to drum with his feet at one point!

In another first......I've been to the Gym this evening. Shock horror! The physios at the hospital have referred me to a gym to do exercises to improve my back. I have to say it took every ounce of braveness in me to go, but I think it will help a lot if I can keep it up!
