Frittata

Rain-free (almost) evening.
Able to get out for a run.
First outing since the 10k.
Went about 5k.
Felt good in the legs.
Not so good in the lungs.
Some good going bronchospasm at the end of the run.
Wheezed and coughed for a while after.
Wasn't that cold.
Not sure why.
Hope I'm not getting sick...
