Got a call today to say that our buyer is backing out of the house deal - leaving us to find another one with less than a month to go. Was just going into a meeting when I took the call - and due to the shock I can't really recall much of what was said was said in the following 2 hours.

Time for plan B. As soon as we figure out what plan B is...
