Ah.......

Okay so further to yesterdays blip - I am ALREADY one cake down for Christmas. Chris decided that as I had changed the recipe I used this year he ought to try it out - "just to check the quality". Joe joined him.

I think I can probably assume that the quality was okay... It also probably means that as this cake was devoured today, I need to make a larger one for Christmas.
