Angels Play at Bennachie

I headed out to capture Aberdeenshire's famous "mountain" because the light was going mental. I really wasn't sure exactly how to do it .

This is a well photographed place. This can put you off, you know? There are probably a million better shots but I love this. It's what I saw.

I feel you can't sometimes really capture what you see- emotions, memories, scents all paint layers on your vision. And I'm not adverse to painting a few layers as you know!

But this is near as dammit. And I love the light dancing.
