Beautiful butterfly

K spotted this butterfly just resting in the railings as we left the park a short while ago. He asked me to take a photo on my phone and the butterfly kept his wings open for this pic then wings closed for another pic before flying off. Was slightly alarmed that another child in the park who's in Ks class at school (going into yr1) thought it was a ladybird not a butterfly!
