An Experiment In Light and Color
My heart thuds along on the cords of essentialism
Where farther does, spirit longing -- testing the waters of another time.
Fasting light clutches at the tendrils of darkness, dusks subtle glow of a meandering day.
My eyes have seen sorrows, my flesh has felt pain, and somewhere across some great tomorrow this heart will know peace.
Having nothing to say can be beneficial as much as having a voice can be simply a trap.
Desire while necessary for growth, if not moderated, creates a beggar of the streets.
A beggar may beg, a king may look away in disdain, practicing a judgment not his to give. Who is wiser, self proclaimed divinity, or the pauper who has faith in the kindness of strangers?
Knowledge is un-encompassing with threats of nothingness, wisdom cast aside in careless apathy like last nights refuse.
With goals based from wisdom, dissecting the smallest qualities of life would be nonessential.
Arrogance lost?
Simple rules somehow become shadowed by punishment of propagated legalities that easily distract, laws unseen criminals flee.
In the silence of the night, while distant thunder draws near, a daughter of divinity reaches within to find a new dawn.
