sometimes you just need to wait

This plant has been sitting on my batroom window for 3 years. It's always been a stick with no leaves or flowers and I've tried to throw it out on countless times but my wife refused saying 'give it a chance'. Virtually overnight it blossomed with the most gorgeous flowers. Good lesson. Sometimes we just need to wait for the best things to happen.
