DNR, Picolino's

Looking to extend the weekend as much as possible, we sought out the closest neighborhood restaurant because they (supposedly) have Happy Hour and a gorgeous garden where you can (sometimes) sit outside. Anyways, it was our third attempt to like the place and it just didn't happen. It's very likely a DNR (do not return) for us.
