Interesting art!

"Virtually real - Painters of the Internet Generation"
Today we visited the art museum at Meilahti.

They had the most inspiring art exhibition I've probably ever seen. I don't know how you feel, but I find big part of the so-called contemporary art boring. It feels that it doesn't show heart & commitment, skill, vision or ingenuity. It's hard to explain how disappointed I'm often with this stuff... BUT. This wasn't the case at Meilahti. Almost all the works there possess all those good attributes, and much more. It was fantastic! The paintings of Tiina Mielonen and Minna Sjöholm were especially impressive.
