Smoggy Vancouver

There are a heap of forest fires in British Columbia at the moment and smoke is drifting towards Vancouver. We had a pretty smoggy day today. Not that we got to see much of it....

A busy day searching for jobs and places to live. We have a few to go on at the moment.  Fingers crossed.  We had a 3 hour orientation today explaining about life in Canada, taxes, bank accounts etc.  We applied for social security numbers, they key to employment in Canada. We should have them in a week and then it's all systems go...
