Neon Sun Setting

Most of the day, I thought the sky looked pretty dirty. There are wildfires in Eastern Washington and there was this gray tint to the otherwise blue sky. Although the sky was not quite blue and bright or pretty, the sunset this evening was spectacular through the smokey haze. This is cropped, but everything else is straight out of the camera. The sun really was this color. As it slid behind some heavier clouds that are moving in, it turned bright pink.

Hubby and I are back on schedule with early to bed, early to rise, but the day still went by super quick!
