Only two of these structures ever appear to be in operation, probably typical around this town! The upswing in recycling demand means that capacity is reached quickly on a weekend (so much packaging from so many shopping centre purchases?!) but there is a virtual plethora of bins strategically placed around the local area so a girl is never short of places to stash her weekend Observer.
