Today was a bit weird day. Morning I packed my other ski boots (Dynafit Zzeus) to my courier bag and headed to the office, where mates were thinking I have totally lost it. You think that too while blipping ski boots when it is still warm summer outside. But alas, no :)

The Sole, bootfitting store from Chamonix has moved to Finland for 2-3 months to Oulu. Weird move have to say, but I understood that the idea is to work with the local orthopedic company and also do business with the skiers, ice hockey players, rollerskaters etc who have problems with their gear.

So left work early and spent almost 3 hours at the store, where the expert modified the outer shell of my boot little from toebox area, baked new inner liners with custom soles and then finally installed little booster/support to the boot to give me more possibilities to pass more power to the ski. Cheap? No, but well worth the money spent as I hopefully got to notice next winter..

Now some dinner and then to the kinopalace to see the movie "Inception" with my wife. Quality time as our son U is staying at the grannys for the weekend..
