Canyon View Houses

These houses are on the east side of Interstate 15 in San Diego.
Even though most have cut the brush back the required 100 feet, you can see how a brush fire would rush up the canyon with all the natural vegetation to feed it, and threaten the homes.
Fire is a major concern in dry SoCal from August until about the end of October (when we hopefully get rain).
