Plum Puree
Yesterday I tried making plum puree (German: Zwetschgenmus, Palatinate: Latwerge) with my home bread (!) baker.
It worked!
Only plums, cinnamon and a touch of cloves, no sugar at all.
Cooled off and spent a night in the fridge before breakfast.
Surprisingly good.
