Tjeldsundfergen III, II

Jarvises don't tend to like bars that aren't open for more than half the year, but they can make exceptions. The Tjeldsundfergen III is Oslo's best floating bar, previously seen here. It's only open when the weather is good, which in Oslo means about twice a month in summer.
