Dragon in the Water

Today I tried my best to clear the blanket weed which has taken hold in the new wildlife pond... I've been told it takes several years for the pond water to calm down & to take to the various oxygenators we've placed in it. But during my battle with the weed I discovered to my sheer delight that it was covered in dragonfly nymphs, I saved at least 30 which I put back, I went over the weed four times to make sure I hadn't missed any & here's one, now back in the pond, happy :)
