Neskowin #5 Tired beach

Neskowin is a little community... 170 year round. Pacific City is about 6 miles north. again, small. Lincoln City is 12 miles south. Not as small, but... geeze...12 miles south.

So, how does a tire end up in the middle of this beach? I haven't a clue.

About 30 yards away is the carcass of a seal. That's the marker we use to find the trail back up the bluff to our vacation home.
