magnolia, take 3

Today it rained for the first time in weeks, and believe it or not that's quite welcome. British Columbia is beset with over 300 forest fires, and lately the sun has been a red ball. We can't even light the BBQ on Salt Spring Island.

Also, the flowers love it. This is a differnt bud than the magnolia from yesterdayand the day before, but part of the same tree.
