finally! a punctual blip!

Some cherries and peaches sliced and diced and added to this morning's breakfast which included:
Quinoa, kamut, spelt, unsalted roasted pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds.

It was quite delicious; no sugar, no honey, no maple syrup.. the only other thing added to the breakfast was the fruit to add a bit of natural sweetness as well as an overall stronger flavour.
