Just chillin'

Having a lazy day after yesterdays 16 mile training run followed by a childrens party. Went down to the River Lyne near Stobo with Max and his new water pistol to meet Mark who was being slightly more active than me today on his bike. Needless to say we all got squirted by the water pistol.
