then the sun came out and I remembered yesterday I'd made some cucumber juice ice (after seeing it on tv) so I made a...

"Cukey Gin & Tonic"
what you'll need

large tumbler
Large measure of gin (I use Hendrick's to double up cucumber flavour but any good gin will do)
"cuke ice cubes" (pulp half a cucumber, pass through a sieve, freeze)
Fresh tonic water
slices of lemon
slices of yes more cucumber (ran one round the lip of glass as shown by bar man mate)
