Rasta Pony?

Went for a walk this morning , around the lanes where we now live..
A beautiful sunny morning, lots of birdsong along the way.. and in the distance the sound of horses..
we came upon this character , and his mate..
the fly problem for them must be totally intolerable..

but i have to admit.. his funky outfit, did make me laugh a little!
