Running forbidden

Due to the wildfires in Russia, the air quality went so bad today that the city of Helsinki instructed people to avoid doing sports outside. In addition to this, we had +30 C degrees and very humid. My daughter's soccer coach decided they would stick to their training plan with one exception: this time only walking was allowed, no running. That was hilarious to watch as the girls did their best NOT to run after the ball but instead walk as fast as they could.

The evening ended with a good thunder storm passing us in it's full power. I still hear and see it but now it's gone further a few kilometers.
