The best duck salad ever!

Duck is one of the specialities of the region where we were staying. We both loved the confit duck we had earlier in the week but this was something special. The toast was topped with fois gras & the salad had slices of cooked & cured duck. It was all topped with walnuts, pinenuts & a sauce noix. Delicious!
