Water Lily

(Summer holiday back-blip #1)

Sunday morning started with a little paddling of a canoe on a small and quiet part of a river in Merikarvia. I was not the one paddling, I was the one trying to take pictures of various river plants and shouting thing like "slower!", "now we went over it!", "I could not focus quickly enough!", "I want to take a closer look at that over there!". I was not shouting very angrily though. It was a very relaxing morning.

This water lily was perhaps not the most interesting of the plants I found but very likely the prettiest.
