Self Portrait

This is the way I feel.

I was going to head down to see my dad in the nursing home in Portarlington when I started to feel not great. I didn't feel sick but I had no energy something like jetlag but I had not flown. I had to go to bed for a few hours am up now but still not 100%.

Hope I am ok tomorrow, myself and Maeve Don't Blip Me are heading off to Cork.
