a bit sluggish

I'm not planning on starting a whole series of blips featuring my fingers but this was a monster slug so finger was the closest thing to hand (no pun intended) for scale.

Its been a bit of a running to stand still kind of day so i suppose the little fella is a reasonable enough metaphor.
