Baby Buzzard

On Friday we left for Barnstable for a long weekend away with the boys and my stepdaughter. We called in at Mums so that I could visit Dad in hospital he is at the cottage hospital for a few weeks to rehab after his op.... he was doing ok.

Just before taking Maya for a walk after visiting I spotted this bird from my Mums kitchen window. It must be 600 yards up the hill. So I gathered camera to go get a closer look and this is what I found. Very special. It was still perch there an hour or so later when we left for are next destination.
