Monsoon IV
The greenroof on the main building at Denver Botanic Gardens waits patiently for moisture. See a view of the greenroof in its winter glory here
The Mexican Monsoon continues to pump moisture into the Colorado. Everyday the thunder clouds build until in the afternoon they move out from the mountains and decide where to drop moisture in the form of downpours or hail. The monsoon has been extremely pronounced this year, but has left most of Central Denver dry. A high pressure system is predicted to cut of the flow of moisture starting tomorrow. Only a few more weeks of monsoonal flow, so hopeful the clouds will be kind to Central Denver
