Stay in bed...

Luxury to stay in bed for one hour during the day, just reading and dozing off...

Was very tired then, but urged myself to run for an hour, even more tired, but cycled from Musselburgh to Alien Rock for climbing with Bärbel. Very very tired, couldn't achieve much and now, after a hot bath there are not many spirits left. But have to keep on going, have to finish that application I already spent nearly 3 hours on writing this morning.

Sometimes you can't run away from life, it will get you and kick your shins.
And no one here to tell me: "Ho, ho, steady steady, take it easy, small one!"
