Rainy day

An early morning visit to the Dental Hygienist, as always, resulted in a rather depressing morning - there is no pleasing some people, however hard I try my flossing is never good enough!
Luckily I bumped into a friend from bookclub and we were able to indulge in coffee and hot buttered fruit bread to cheer us up, perfect for a wet and miserable day. I was also able to reveal that I have read both novels for next the next meeting and it's not until next month!
