Graffiti Love!

This has been on this box for as long as i can remember (at least 3 years)

i see it almost every day and it fascinates me.

but at the same i like it, not sure if it has a meaning or just a random act i see the heart every time i cross the road outside work and the writing every time i walk back from Tesco.
