Lamb shank

I ate at The Red Lion at Fosters Booth with a friend earlier tonight, so I'm becoming quite a regular! I had lamb shank and it was lovely. It would have been even nicer with mint sauce, but I forgot to ask for it until half way through, so I left it. Next time I'd make a point of asking for it, as it would make the meal even more delicious :-)
