My s-i-l and b-i-l just returned from a year living in China, and on one of their many adventures they travelled to Thailand and took a cooking class.

So, we enjoyed the fruits of their labors this evening for dinner - SO yummy! We had a cashew tempeh/tofu thing and some kind of coconut soup.

Those are both technical terms I just invented.
