Veld fire!

There is quite a big open piece of land opposite the street from us where the dry grass caught fire this morning, don't know how!

C and I returned from the butchery when we saw this and C said I must run inside the house for my camera to snap it!

I had to walk right through thick smoke to be able to get a good angle, by golly, I almost suffocated before I walked out the other side of the smoke, it was súch a terrible feeling, I couldn't believe it!

BTW, I think BIG is awesome!! ;-)
