Will it ever go a day without rain?
A bit of a wander in the garden again when the rain had stopped. Don't seem to have any other ideas for blips recently.

The gym yesterday has done something not good to my back. Flippin heck, I try to help myself and I just do more damage.
Towards the end of the day I was finding it hard to walk, the pressure was just too much.

Was going to go back to the gym tonight but instead have come home and got my Pilate's DVD and book out.
