Leaven day 4 - Dan Lepard

I am making leaven for breadmaking from Dan Leppard's excellent book the Handmade Loaf. Each day, you have to add a little more flour and water and mix. By day 6 it should be ready to use.

I can't wait to bake bread with it!

Back to the real world after my 200th blip!
