Lavender blue

The other day when I was out for a walk I passed a house where someone had left little bundles of rosemary and lavender on their garden wall with instructions for passers-by to help themselves. Such a sweet and generous thing to do. The rosemary has been well used (in a very nice stew), so it seemed only fair to photograph the lavender. Whoever you are, thanks!
