Torrential rain and sunshine this afternoon. It's been a little crazy but so far I've manage to avoid most of it.

I seem to have done something to my shoulder at krav so am off home to put ice on it and take drugs.

on the positive side if it stops raining tomorrow morning I should get my roof fixed.
